Return & Refund Policy for SIIS Enterprises / NICU Books

No Returns or Exchanges
All book sales, including single books, 3-book sets, and donations, are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will work with you to replace damaged books or coordinate with the shipping carrier.
Donations
All donations made to support NICU book distribution are final and cannot be refunded. Donations are used solely for fulfilling hospital book programs, etc; as described on our website.
